Purchase something and it isn't right? That's fine, Sampson's offer a 14 day return policy.

Sale items can also be returned, as we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Return postage is at your own expense.

If you need to swap sizes please talk to us first. Usually, customers provide us the tracking number and then we ship the other pair, so you have your purchase ASAP.

Any faulty items or any errors of our doing we will cover the postage costs.
